How do you handle time-sensitive matchday requests?
Share your fixture dates up front and we plan around them, so matchday work is briefed early and ready in time. On Pro and Elite we build your matchday templates in advance, so live graphics turn around fast, and Elite gets priority when fixtures pile up.
How will you learn our club’s brand?
You share it with us once. When you join, you send your colours, crests, fonts, sponsor logos and any guidelines, and we keep them together in your brand hub. Every designer working on your account works from the same kit, so the brand stays consistent from the team sheet to the stadium screen.
What turnaround can we expect?
Every request comes back within 48 hours. The clock starts when a complete brief becomes your active request and runs across working days, Monday to Friday. On Pro and Elite, matchday templates are built in advance, so live graphics like line-ups and scores turn around fast.
Which packages include video and motion?
Elite, which runs one video or motion request alongside two design requests. Essential and Pro cover design work: matchday and social, tickets and memberships, kit and merch, sponsor and commercial work, and print.
Can we review and refine the creative?
Yes. Revisions are unlimited on every package. Leave feedback on the work in the platform and we’ll refine it until it’s right. If the direction or scope changes substantially, we’ll agree the next steps and timing with you.
Can you work to our sponsors’ brand guidelines?
Yes. Share each partner’s guidelines and logo files and we keep them in your brand hub alongside your own. We follow their rules on placement, colour and clear space, so partner creative looks right for them as well as for you.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Every package is monthly rolling, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. In the off-season you can pause instead, for up to three months, and nothing is charged while you’re paused.
